Introducing a way to manage rental properties remotely
JoyHub is a business intelligence solutions provider that helps rental owners and operators automate their apartment management workflow. During our collaboration, we designed and built a website with animated 3D visuals for the company using such technologies as CSS3, HTML5, SVG, GSAP Animation, Webpack and Lottie.
Creating a new branded look and feel that would align with our business
Our design goal was to get the look and feel that aligned with the business. This meant that the design had to translate such notions as “data-driven”, “technology” and “automation”. To this end, we used chip patterns and binary code motives in the design. The blue color palette is no coincidence either because this color is the most associated with the high-tech field.
Empowering target audience engagement
The website is designed with regard to the target audience who value their time. Therefore, it is not overloaded with information but communicates the essence of the technology in a clear and efficient way. One of the ways to make a website more intuitive is to visualize the message you’re trying to get across. We did that with the help of animated 3D visuals that explain the data-driven nature of the technology created to facilitate remote rental property management.
